Return & Refund Policy – Rawaameats

At Rawaameats Ltd, we take pride in providing the freshest, halal-certified meat products to our customers across Bangladesh.
We handle every order with utmost care and ensure quality at every step β€” from sourcing and processing to packaging and delivery.

However, in rare cases where you are not satisfied with your order, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.


1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

1.1 Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once an item has been delivered and accepted by the customer, except in cases of:

  • Damaged, spoiled, or contaminated products at the time of delivery

  • Wrong item or quantity delivered

  • Missing items in the order

1.2 To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must:

  • Notify our customer service team within 2 hours of receiving your delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the affected product and packaging

  • Retain the item in its original condition (unconsumed and properly refrigerated) until your claim is verified

1.3 Requests made after 2 hours of delivery may not be accepted due to the time-sensitive nature of fresh meat.


2. Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned or refunded once delivered, unless they fall under Clause 1.1:

  • Custom or specially cut meat portions

  • Marinated, processed, or value-added products

  • Items that have been tampered with or partially consumed

  • Orders placed under special promotions or discounts


3. Refund Process

3.1 Once your complaint is received and verified by our team, Rawaameats will take one of the following actions:

  • Issue a replacement for the affected product (preferred option), or

  • Provide a full or partial refund to your original payment method or wallet balance, depending on the situation

3.2 Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after claim approval.
If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.

3.3 For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, eligible refunds will be transferred via bKash/Nagad/Bank Account upon confirmation.


4. Order Cancellations

4.1 Orders can be cancelled before the product has been processed or dispatched. Once an order enters the packaging stage, it cannot be cancelled.

4.2 If an online payment has been made and the cancellation is approved, the refund will be initiated within 3–5 working days.


5. Delivery Issues

5.1 If your order is delayed, incomplete, or damaged during transit, please report the issue immediately to our delivery representative or contact customer support within 2 hours of delivery.

5.2 Rawaameats reserves the right to refuse replacement or refund claims that cannot be verified or that do not comply with this policy.


6. Quality Assurance

Every product dispatched from Rawaameats is sourced, handled, and packaged following strict hygiene and safety protocols.
Our cold-chain logistics ensure that meat remains fresh until it reaches your doorstep.
If an issue arises, our team will investigate and take corrective action to maintain quality standards.
